Hopefully that toilet comes with an automatic flusher shut off switch that activates when you are sitting on it, or some smaller people might just get sucked down;)

Our remodeler placed one of these Vipers in our bathroom. I am sold on it! Have not had to use a plunger or bucket of water to flush in a year of usage (and my wife must use half a roll of toilet paper with each "sitting". Get the Viper, you won't be sorry.
